WELLBOTS RANKING OF TOP 25 SMART PRODUCTS

2015 EDITION

Welcome to the 2015 Wellbots Ranking of the Top 25 Smart Products

We call “Smart Product” any connected device that can interact with people, its environment or other devices. Smart Products can provide useful information to their users and in some cases act using this information. Smart Products can embark modern technologies – sensors, microprocessors, software – into known devices or be brand new types of products. Examples of Smart Products are drones, activity trackers, cleaning robots, home automation devices, 3D printers, connected health, audio & video devices.

Methodology

Wellbots is the leading retailer of Smart Products in the US. Our team is reviewing dozens of new products every day. We have been fortunate to witness and enjoy the emergence of great products in the recent years. We carefully craft original content for each product page and pride ourselves in helping our customers find the perfect product for their needs and tastes. Understanding modern technology can be overwhelming - and Wellbots is here to help.

The 2015 Wellbots Ranking is the first-ever ranking of Smart Products. In order to establish it, we have contacted 200 manufacturers of Smart Products all over the globe and asked them to answer a questionnaire. In addition, we have surveyed 1,000 users of Smart Products. Our appreciation of the best Smart Products takes into account the following key criteria: product quality and usefulness, brand awareness, new product launches, company financial strength, geographic footprint, design, marketing efforts, and R&D.
