The Petkit Smart Fountain will alert you when your cat or dog is out of water. Once the water dips below a certain level, a blue LED light will flash. Additionally, the fountain can be placed on "smart" mode, which will automatically turn off when the fountain is not in use, in order to save energy. Alternatively, the fountain will flow continuously. The fountain will also alert you when the filters need to be replaced. The filters have a 3-stage carbon filtration system that help to eliminate any impurities and ion-exchange resins.
