Faraday Future Master Edu
The Faraday Future Master Edu is a compact humanoid robot designed for education, research, and interactive development. Standing 1.31 m tall and weighing 35 kg, it features 25 degrees of freedom for versatile movement and precise control. With peak torque of up to 120 Nm and a maximum speed of 1.8 m/s, it provides a capable platform for exploring robotics, locomotion, and manipulation.
Extended Runtime & Fast Charging
The robot is powered by a swappable 500 Wh battery that provides up to 2 hours of continuous operation. When the battery needs recharging, it can be fully charged in under 1.5 hours, helping reduce downtime during development and educational sessions.
Intelligent & Interactive Platforms
Master Edu supports the II Platform for intelligent and interactive capabilities, as well as the LM Platform for locomotion and manipulation. OTA updates allow the platform to receive new features and improvements over time without requiring a complete hardware upgrade.
Accessible Programming Tools
Designed to support educators, researchers, and development teams, Master Edu includes a basic visual programming platform that makes robot programming more accessible. It also supports the OpenClaw no-code development tool, enabling users to customize behaviors and experiment with robotic applications without extensive programming experience.
Wireless Connectivity
Built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity provide wireless communication and development flexibility. Mobile app support is currently under development, with future software updates expected to expand the ways users can interact with and control the robot.
Educational & Research Ecosystem
Master Edu is designed for institutions and development teams looking to explore humanoid robotics. Its development tools support behavior customization, experimentation, and research workflows, making it suitable for educational programs and hands-on robotics development.
Future OTA Features
Planned OTA updates are expected to expand the robot's capabilities with features such as facial recognition, character profiles, custom wake words, motion remixing, video-to-motion functionality, and community choreography sharing. These updates are designed to provide additional opportunities for interactive development and creative experimentation.
