This product only works with select Ring doorbells with a fork-style power connector, including Ring Video Doorbell 3, Video Doorbell 3 Plus, Video Doorbell 4, Battery Doorbell Plus, Battery Doorbell Pro. It is not compatible with Video Doorbell 2, or other Ring doorbells with a micro-USB connector.

Setup Requirement: Requires compatible Ring battery doorbell. Install Solar Charger in a location without obstruction from the sun, where it can receive at least 3-4 hours of direct sunlight per day. For best results, install facing South if located in the northern hemisphere; install facing North if located in the Southern hemisphere. Fully charge the doorbell battery before installing the doorbell in the Solar Charger.
