1. General Return Eligibility

  • Most items can be returned within 30 days from the shipping date.
  • Items must be factory sealed
  • For defective items, we will ship replacement parts or provide a prepaid return label for a full replacement.
  • Open boxes or non-defective items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 10% or may not be eligible for return.

2. Specific Cases and Exceptions:

  • Non-cancellable: DJI Drones. made-to-order products, bulk orders and brands such as Kaaspeed, Generac, FLIR.
  • Non-returnable: DJI Drones, Generac products, LAVA guitars, refurbished products, medical products, pool products, vanity products and thermal imaging cameras and drones.
  • Returnable 12 days after shipping: Boox, Nakto, Mototec, Eahora, Rurui, Swellpro.
  • For Mototec warranty and support services please contact Mototec directly here.
  • NordicTrack and Proform: The return shipping fee is $250 and 10% restocking fee applies to all returned items (excluding damaged or defective products).

3. Cancellation and Return Process

  • Cancellation: if you want to cancel an order, please reply to your order confirmation email and state the reason for cancellation. If we are able to cancel the order before it ships, you will be refunded in 2-3 business days. If not, please start a return. 
  • Return: reply to your order confirmation email with:
    • Reason for return
    • Photo or video of the issue (if any)
    • Serial number
