DJI Matrice 4TD is an enterprise drone platform designed for automated drone-in-a-box deployments while remaining fully capable of standalone field operations. As part of the Matrice 4D Series, the aircraft integrates multiple imaging sensors including wide, telephoto, and thermal cameras that support inspection, monitoring, and security missions.
The aircraft is optimized for automated deployment through DJI Dock 3 infrastructure and remote mission management using DJI FlightHub 2. At the same time, the Matrice 4TD can also be flown manually using the DJI RC Plus 2 Enterprise controller (sold separately) for traditional drone operations. This flexibility allows organizations to deploy the aircraft for mobile field inspections or permanent dock-based monitoring systems.
The DJI Matrice 4TD is engineered to support long-term inspection and monitoring programs across industrial environments. Its multi-sensor imaging system allows operators to capture visual and thermal data during inspection missions, while RTK positioning and vision sensing systems support stable navigation.
Integration with DJI Dock 3 enables automated launch, landing, and charging cycles for scheduled remote operations. At the same time, the aircraft can be deployed manually for field missions when dock infrastructure is not available.
