Each cooking zone has a separate timer setting, and the built-in digital display timer (which can be set for up to 99 minutes) may be used to switch off one or more cooking zones. After your designated time has passed, you may program it to automatically switch off the cooking zone so you can rest and take advantage of your rare free time. It will enable you to prepare meals properly and flawlessly.
Even after the surface cooking area(s) have been switched off, if any surface cooking area is still too hot to touch, a "H" will appear on the surface cooking area display. With induction cooking, heat is produced directly in the cookware, keeping the cooktop cooler to the touch and making it safer thanks to a child safety lock.
