Compatible with Beambox Pro, HEXA, and other professional laser cutters, this Beam Air Pro Air Filter from FLUX Creativity employs an advanced 3-stage filtration system, including Prefilter, Intermediate, and Advanced Filter layers. It ensures high-capacity filtration for indoor use in typical applications, and the air intake blocks harmful molecules and odors generated during laser cutting and engraving. Easy to connect via USB-B cable and ready to use in seconds, it automatically activate when you start the laser cutting process and deactivates when you're finished. You can monitor and operate it directly from the attached laser cutter's touchscreen, and an adjustable knob controls air ventilation and reduces noise in your workspace. The filter has an indicator light that glows yellow for filter replacement, red for malfunctions, and blue for firmware updates, facilitating real-time status monitoring.

U16 lab-grade ULPA filter is utilized in the Advanced Filter Layer which ensures high capacity and efficiency for typical applications.
Pre-Filter Layer Lifespan 4 – 13 hours
Made from high-quality glass fiber, with its 10mm thickness. Pre-Filter Layer ensures optimal performance in capturing and removing large airborne particles, ensuring cleaner, fresher air quality in your workspace.
Intermediate Filter Layer Lifespan 32 – 100 hours
This layer features a medical-grade H13 HEPA filter with 6m² of surface area. It effectively traps and captures ultra-fine particles, ensuring removal of contaminants as small as 0.3 microns to maintain a fresher maker space.
Advanced Filter Layer Lifespan 250 – 800 hours
Contains a combination of 9kg of activated carbon for gas adsorption and a U16 lab-grade ULPA filter with 6m² of surface area. The ULPA filter captures ultra-fine particles down to 0.12 microns.
Smart Indicator Light
Beam Air Pro includes an indicator light: yellow for filter replacement, red for malfunctions, and blue for firmware updates, facilitating real-time status monitoring.
Active Volume Control
FLUX Laser’s smart dashboard monitors and tracks the duration of filter usage, upon identifying a requirement for filter replacement, it seamlessly engages its active volume control mechanism, ensuring the filtration system operates at peak efficiency and upholds its performance standards.
Tranquil Trio Configuration
Beam Air Pro incorporates three distinct components to achieve effective noise reduction. Firstly, sound-absorbing sponges are strategically placed beside the internal fan. Additionally, specialized enclosures are designed at the back and bottom of the machine to facilitate Exhaust Noise Reduction, ensuring a quieter operational environment.
Auto Connect to Your FLUX Lasers
By connecting the Beam Air to any FLUX laser cutter via a USB-B cable, it will automatically activate at the start of the laser cutting process and deactivate when completed. You can monitor your Beam Air Pro directly from your laser cutter's screen.
Adjustable Ventilation
