Garmin tactix 8 Cerakote is a rugged tactical GPS smartwatch with a bright AMOLED display, advanced navigation, training tools, diving features, and tactical capabilities.
Rugged Tactical Design
Built for demanding missions, the Tactix 8 features a titanium bezel with a durable Cerakote coating, sapphire crystal lens, and a fiber-reinforced polymer case with titanium rear cover. It is tested to U.S. military standards for thermal, shock, and water resistance.
Brilliant AMOLED Display
The watch features a bright 1.4-inch AMOLED touchscreen with a 454 × 454-pixel resolution, delivering clear graphics and vivid detail for tactical, fitness, and navigation information.
Advanced Tactical Features
Dedicated tactical tools include Jumpmaster, rucking, waypoint projection, dual-position GPS format, Stealth Mode, Kill Switch, and night-vision-goggle compatibility.
Applied Ballistics
The watch comes preloaded with the Applied Ballistics Ultralight™ Solver, providing aiming solutions for long-range shooting applications.
Advanced Navigation
Multi-band GPS with SatIQ™ technology, a 3-axis compass, gyroscope and barometric altimeter provide accurate positioning and navigation. Built-in mapping supports outdoor exploration and route planning.
Built for Diving
With a 40-meter dive rating, the tactix 8 supports scuba and apnea diving activities, making it suitable for both tactical and recreational underwater use.
Built-In Multicolor Flashlight
The integrated LED flashlight provides bright white or green illumination. In NVG mode, the white light is disabled, and the green light can be dimmed.
Long Battery Life
The watch provides up to 29 days of battery life in smartwatch mode, or up to 13 days with the always-on display enabled.
