Joan 6 Meeting Wireless Room Display
The Joan 6 Meeting Room Display is designed to allow you to book meeting room space easily thanks to a nice interface that shows all the room's schedule. Thus, JOAN Manager is meant to eliminate meeting interruptions by showing if the room is occupied and until when. This device will transform your workplace in a connected and modern space.
An easy-to-use touch screen to reserve your meeting room
The JOAN 6 touchscreen displays the most important meeting details: room name, meeting name, time as well as room status indicated in black (in use) or white (vacant). You can either book your meeting room remotely or do it directly on the display itself.
JOAN 6 has its own calendar but you can also use your firm calendar with it: it is compatible with Google (G Suite, Google Calendar), Office 365 (Exchange Online), Outlook and iCalendar. Also, you’ll be able to customize your device with your logo and other features.

You can reserve your rooms in Slack by asking JOAN to do it for you
Message Joanbot to “book a room” and select the one you want. Joanbot will reserve it for you for 30 minutes and it will appear on JOAN 6! Easy as pie.

Timetable: Pull up the meeting room schedule right at the conference room door.

End meetings early: By pressing X next to the meeting information when a meeting is in progress, you can end a meeting early and free up the room for someone else to use.

Cancel meetings: If you press X next to the meeting name for a meeting that’s coming up, you can cancel that meeting.

Check into meeting: By pressing the checkmark next to the meeting information of the meeting coming up 5, 15 or 30 minutes before or after the start of the meeting, participants confirm that the meeting is actually taking place.
