It also offers 24 resistance levels and incline settings from 20% incline to -10% decline, so you can customize your workout to fit your fitness goals. It also has handlebar controls for resistance and slope, a built-in fan, and 3lb hand weights for upper body exercises.

The S22i Bike has a spacious design with a weight capacity of 350 lbs. Weighing 203 pounds, it includes transport wheels at the front for easy mobility. The frame is constructed from durable, commercial-grade steel. The bike has a 32-pound inertia-enhanced flywheel, providing excellent tension and ensuring long-lasting performance. It accommodates riders between 4'10" and 6'10". The seat is adjustable, allowing you to find your ideal riding height, and the handlebars can also be adjusted up or down to suit your preference.

The NordicTrack S22i comes with a free year of iFIT fitness subscription which has many workout options. Hundreds of new classes are added each month with elite trainers and pro athletes motivating and guiding you through every step of your fitness journey. These expert trainers can take control of your incline and resistance. You can rotate the 22” screen and reinforce your progress with 1,000s iFIT workouts, from HIIT to yoga. The SmartAdjust™ machine learning technology automatically adapts every workout to fit you.

The S22i is packed with features like an inertia-enhanced flywheel, dual-sided SPD pedals, high-definition graphics performance, Bluetooth audio, a tilting display, an iFIT family membership, Wi-Fi connectivity, and Google Maps™.

And it does not end here. The bike comes with two 3-pound dumbbells, each with its own holder, allowing you to incorporate upper-body workouts into your ride. There are also two water bottle holders on the bike. Additionally, a device holder is included, but it is only large enough to hold your phone.
