The system operates using Android 9 OS, as well as dual 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi connectivity.

As with all iFit-enabled machines, this treadmill is built with AutoAdjust™ technology for trainer or program control. A 4.0 CHP DurX™ commercial plus motor powers the treadmill from -6% decline up to 40% incline, at speeds topping out at 12mph. Additionally, ActivePulse™ automatically adjusts the intensity to keep you within the optimal heart rate zone. The AI Coach (beta) acts as a personal fitness assistant, helping you schedule workouts and stay accountable through your phone.

Folding it is as easy as one lift of the back and it can be rolled off to the side when not in use. This treadmill sports a 400lb maximum weight capacity and weighs 417lbs in-box. It has a 22″ x 60″ tread belt. Bluetooth heart rate training comes as part of the package.
