Return Policy:
Buyer’s remorse : 30-day window using the original packaging material. The customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling fees. Returned products must be in new, unused condition.
Carrier damage: please contact us within 72 hours from delivery with pictures of the damage.
Missing part or defective bike: Replacement parts will be provided at no cost. If the bike is not repairable, it will be exchanged. All shipping charges are covered.
