A 11" weight plate post provides ample storage for Olympic plates. The 16" spotter arm is duly padded to minimize risk or injury during heavy weight lifting sessions. The swivel landmine with 360-degree technology is the safe place to add your barbells for core strengthening. For additional progressive resistance, the rack features exercise band attachments along the side.
