Your satisfaction is extremely important to us and we want you to enjoy your purchase. If you would like to return your product for a refund or an exchange, please read the below:

  • Items are eligible for a return for up to 30 days after the order has shipped. Returned items must be factory sealed. For open boxes, non defective items and orders in transit, we may be unable to accept the return or a restocking fee may apply. Some items can only be exchanged if defective. Please refer to the product page to check if any exceptions apply to your product. Boox, GreenBike, Nakto, Mototec, Eahora, Rurui, Samebike, Hurley and Swellpro have a 15-day return window. For electric bikes, replacement parts are favored over exchanges. Refurbished products cannot be returned or exchanged. Refurbished products clearly say "Refurbished" in the product title. 
  • Medical products like wheel chairs etc. and pool cleaners cannot be returned.
  • Talaria Bike orders are non-cancellable and cannot be returned.
  • Voltaic Bike orders are non-cancellable and cannot be returned.
  • For technical questions, you may also contact the manufacturer by phone or email directly as it often helps.
  • Orders for Made to Order Products like ONYX Motorbikes, FLIR Cameras and Drone, CYC Motors etc. cannot be cancelled once processed.
  • Order shipped to Alaska or Hawaii may have special procedures like paid return shipping and restocking fees for buyers remorse related returns. 
  • Pool cleaners and pool products cannot be returned unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • Thermal Imaging Drone (DJI, Autel, Teledyn FLIR etc.) can only be replaced if damaged or defective. They do not qualify for a return. 
  • Restocking fee: a restocking fee may be levied on buyer's remorse related returns. If item is not damaged or defective, it falls under buyer's remorse.  
  • To start a return/exchange, please email us at support@wellbots.com with :
    • your order number
    • a description of the issue
    • photos and/or videos of the issue
    • the serial number of your product

      Our team will get back to you within 48 business hours regarding your return request.
  • If the product is defective, we will either ship parts or provide a prepaid shipping label to replace the entire unit. If you do not want the product anymore, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping.
  • Once the package is delivered, please allow 5-7 business days on average for the inspection to be completed. You will then receive an email when your replacement item has shipped or when your refund has been issued. If the item is not deemed defective upon inspection, we may be unable to accept the return.
