With the Go2sleep SE, you will have one more option, you can choose to wear our device on your fingertip which can improve the stability of your monitoring. We also updated the algorithm for the fingertip monitoring which you select the “fingertip firmware” in SLEEPON app.
It can help you import your CSV sleep data easily, generate minute charts, support image exportation, so you can print your data much easier on your laptop.
SLEEPON View will support both MAC and Windows systems:

Monitoring heart rate variability can provide insights into your stress levels and overall well-being.
Time Awake and Asleep: The tracker records when you fall asleep, wake up, and any instances of waking during the night. This data helps in measuring sleep efficiency and identifying any disruptions in your sleep pattern. Setting goals for total time asleep each night can help you work towards improving your sleep duration.
Time Spent in Each Sleep Stage: A healthy sleep cycle consists of different stages, including light sleep, deep sleep, and REM (rapid eye movement) sleep. The device's ability to pinpoint how long you spend in each stage can provide insights into the quality of your sleep and whether you are getting enough restorative deep and REM sleep.
Apneas and Hypopneas: The device calculates an apnea-hypopnea index (AHI) score, which is an average measurement of apneas and hypopneas per hour of sleep. This metric is especially relevant for individuals who suspect they may have obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). OSA is categorized as mild, moderate, or severe based on the AHI score, with specific thresholds for each category.
